Never Forgotten Tee

This tee shirt commemorates and honors those who lost their lives in my hometown of Newtown, CT, on Dec 14, 2012 during the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. The front is a photo print of Newtown’s locally famous flagpole, which while once was known more for its annoying traffic rules, has served as a beacon of hope for our community in the wake of this tragedy. The screen printed date below the photo is a reminder of a day that will surely live in infamy, but also as the day in which our community bound together to make a difference for future generations. This day, we hope, will be remembered in history not for the tragic events that transpired, but as the day in which we, America, finally decided to say “enough is enough” and end all-too-common occurrences like school shootings. They have plagued our great nation for far too long. The back features the phrase “You Will Never Be Forgotten” and 27 stars to represent the 27 victims of this tragedy. Priced at $25, all profits will be donated to charity.
